I recently tried the vegan pizza at Po in Corto and it was delicious! The cheese made from rice milk was a great alternative to the typical coagulated oil texture of other vegan cheeses. The crust was also perfectly cooked, which can be difficult to master. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
I recently visited the pop up at Corto and had the best vegan pizza! The cheese was made from rice milk and didn't taste like coagulated oil like other vegan cheeses. The seitan was also perfectly done, which can be hard to achieve. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
