the service, the food and the chef have done good work. evaluate the prompt service and they did as on some menu items that were sent in a different order than they normally. the scene was calm and appreciated that they waited me fast. the meal tasted good, the ribeye was perfect. so disappointed by our dinner. we ordered the French tweeper soup. not as good as I remembered visiting earlier. also surf and turf. the lobster was over boiled and dry and the filet was so overgrown that we only took a few bites. the baked potato was dry and with too much salt encrusted. not up to the previous standard. the service was excellent. As you drive up the place is covered in nets and honestly looks like an abandoned insane asylum.
We had a unique visit to this hotel The staff at check-in was lackluster at best Not friendly, welcoming, or speedy.
We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!
Our table was waiting when we got there, the service was attentive and the food was delicious ... the prices were reasonable too
