Good Asian inspired/Asian fusion food; highly recommend- Steak Carpachio, Lobster Bisque, Miso Sea Bass, Bass cake. Can't go wrong.
I have visited Veritas three times and it is a great spot for a romantic evening or to sample unique food creations. The portions are good, the blend of spices is unique, and the food is very flavorful. The only downside was one visit where we were seated near the kitchen and could smell a fishy odor throughout the evening. I recommend avoiding seating by the kitchen entrance.
This restaurant is a great spot for cocktails or a special dinner. It's easy to have a conversation without any noise. We went on a Sunday night and it wasn't crowded at all. The food was delicious and everyone in our group of six enjoyed it.
On a quiet Monday night, the restaurant was empty but the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time for anything. The bar staff were inexperienced, which was just one example of the poor service.
