Steak 'n Shake - Collinsville

This place will consistently get orders wrong. This was my third visit and this time I ordered a shake with no whipped cream. Not only did I get it, I got charged extra for the whipped cream that normally comes free with the shake! That, combined with long wait times even in drive thru, is the third strike. Not coming here again.

I had faster service from sitting and eating in a restaurant. This is the slowest service for fast food ever!! literally wait for a ride through 20min and wait. Cars have left the line because it takes too long?

The line moved very quickly. I was in the mood for something different. So I got the hot dog meal as opposed to the burger or the chicken tenders that I normally get. I enjoy the food and I switch up like that on occasion. Definitely one of my places to go for something a little bit outside of the norm for me.

Ordered the steak burgers with a cup of chili on the side it was delish! Curb side was quick staff was very friendly. Always tip the people who bring the food out they're always shocked. They're not making tips inside these days so remember every little bit counts for them these days so be generous if you can!

Best chain burgers I've ever had, they're so tender and juicy. I would recommend trying the one with cheese from Wisconsin, it's the best.
