Although Collonges-la-Rouge has its primary appeal to tourists, Le Cantou is not just a tourist restaurant. The service and quality of the offerings are very thoughtful and of high-quality. A beautiful house in the heart of Collonges with a pleasant terrace in the summer and a kitchen always at the height and a warm welcome. The third generation of the family I believe ensures a beautiful continuation of this culinary history.
