While some guests experienced long waits and lukewarm dishes, others praised the delicious food and excellent service provided by servers such as Beatrice and Felicia. The diverse menu featured options like fish tacos, creamy pasta, and elk striploin, all of which received high praise. While some found prices high, others enjoyed local beers and cocktails with their meals. Overall, the restaurant provided a lovely setting for a special occasion, with stunning views of the lake adding to the dining experience, making it a worthwhile visit for those in the area.
The connor family is milking this place for every penny and not putting a cent back in so everything is rundown and tired, staff uninspired and it all shows...we went into Field to eat and got better food at a better price and much nicer atmosphere
The location and food are great. The pizza, ice cream, and sandwiches are excellent. The service depends on whom is your waiter can be good or an okay experience. Definitely would come back to this place.
I had dinner at this restaurant with a reservation. The food was made with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The dining room had a beautiful view and was elegantly decorated.
Tonight we took our second night at the emerald lake. the dining room is at the best of the year and at the best of the day only half full. the female service staff is very friendly and accommodating. the waiting times take a long time and it takes a lot of geduld but what should it be, you have vacation when you are here.I wonder why the chef throwsträdchen to a fishmenu as a supplement that costs 39 can$. probably he was once chef on a submarine where the precious ones couldn't run away from him. the hotel manager and the chef are to be replaced if you want to make some money with this petty.Sorry, that I have to write such a bad report. meanwhile I'm sitting in the bar for 25 minutes and no one has ever asked if I want to drink something with my wife and daughter. The price and performance ratio is not true of this place.
My wife described the food as corporate. If that means safe, uncreative and unmemorable, relatively expensive, but in lovely setting (with spectacular view,) that is correct. It was a passable meal at a premium price; I was disappointed. Eat at the Truffle Pigs Bistro in Field instead
