Carrabba's Italian Grill - Concord

I only had the most amazing lunch with my man here. the food was fresh and delicious. russ, the hostess and wants, our waiter, were so friendly and helpful while we were fed. they were patient and in agreement with their positive customer service. in any case back!

The service was great but we had to ask to be moved because the window seal beside us had bugs and spider webs, we where then moved to a table with a dead roach and utensils under it.

Food was remarkably delicious. I did everything but lick my plate. I gave four stars instead of five because of the slow service. I think she was new though; she just couldn't coordinate her timing with her several table. Others working there did jump in and tried to help her catch up. All in all it was a good dining experience and I believe we'll try it sometime in the future.

It’s been a few years since we’ve eaten here and probably the last. Our sirloins were so full of fat we couldn’t even cut through them. You’re better off cooking a steak at home. Chicken for my kids was incredibly salty. The only thing on our plate worth anything was the garlic mashed potatoes. Our poor server definitely could’ve used some training too. No refills on drinks and never even attempted to remove any of the plates from our table as our meal progressed.

We celebrated my son's birthday, the food was delicious and our server even brought my son out a birthday treat with a candle in it. The lasagna piece was a bit thin but he enjoyed it nonetheless.
