We visited Waterloo for dinner. Our group was able to get a large table. The restaurant is spacious and large, which is comforting given the current situation with Covid. The children's meals were a good value and looked appetizing. The adult meals were also delicious, particularly the perfectly cooked lamb. Despite being busy, the food arrived quickly. Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely come back. View all feedback.
What Ava Knight dislikes about Bridge Restaurant And Bar 1815:
I had dinner with a large group staying at the hotel, so we were excited for our meal. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the quality and portion sizes of the dishes, so we did not return. There were long delays between courses, and although the staff appeared busy, we did not see enough of them. On a positive note, the girl working behind the bar was very pleasant and efficient. We visited this restaurant on the last night of our holiday and were extremely disappointed. Due to current circumstances, the tables were not set nicely and there was no atmosphere at all. Our party was initially seated at a table that was clearly meant for fewer people, with one of us facing the wall. I requested to move tables, which they thankfully accommodated. The lamb we ordered was supposed to be served pink, but it was actually overcooked and seemed like it had been prepared in advance and reheated. On the other hand, the fish and chips were hot and the fish was clearly cooked fresh. The desserts were enjoyable. I chose not to voice my concerns at the restaurant as I did not want to cause any embarrassment, but I felt that the experience was overpriced and not up to par with other meals we had in Betws-y-coed. Overall, I was very disappointed with our evening at this restaurant.

While the restrictive nutritional requirements limit, the rest of the team went away to create soemthing that I could eat, and I was very impressed.
Had dinner with a large group who were staying at the hotel so we were looking forward to our meal. Disappointed in the quality and portion size of the meal therefore did not return. Long delays between courses but staff appeared busy, just did not...seem enough of them. Have to say the girl behind the bar was excellent nice to see an efficient barmaid!
