In a word, woeful. Literally everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. Not attentive to us when we arrived, we had to go and get our own water and menus after sitting down and waiting 10 minutes, forgot to put coffee orders through, food took 45 minutes and then came out wrong, no cutlery, it was actually quite laughable now that I look back on it.
