Went for a Sunday roast beef and the meat was terribly dry and hard to even eat.

Thi is what pubs are all about - and in a village well worth the visit.

Delicious gastropub with a lovely atmosphereI had duck with blueberry sauce and creme brûlée for dessert, both of which were quite good.

This place has somewhat gone downhill for the food, it’s not the standard it used to be, anyone loving it is easy pleased, dried up chips , very few tough steak, breaded fish , just awful waste of money Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely pub, lots of character friendly locals. Nice beer garden food looked amazing, Not eaten there yet but will do this week! edit since been for a meal and the food service was excellent. Both of us had the ribeye steak agreed one of the best steaks we've even had! It was also my birthday which I didn't mention to the staff, but please let them know that they made my day on Tues 7th November! Price per person: £40–50
