Before going to the theater, we had a meal at the restaurant. We had planned to spend two hours dining, but the service was so slow that we had to leave before our dessert arrived. The staff were very friendly and took the time to talk to my child. The food was delicious, but we were disappointed that the mussels advertised on the menu were already sold out by 4pm. This was our first time visiting this restaurant, but it certainly won't be our last. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Despite the cold weather outside, the atmosphere inside was warm and cozy.
The food was as usual delicious and the service was friendly in fact excellent.
Food was not fresh, lumpy couscous, cold and stodgy potatoes. Nothing like the original cafe rouge, did not represent value for money. Far too expensive for what it was. We would not go there again. A clearly struggling chain with a tiny menu ... strangely enough little was actually French cuisine. Sorry for bad review but that was disappointing and I would really like my money back.
Probably not the best experience of eating out. The place was busy but the staff were nearly all trainees, so our food went to different tables before getting to us a bit warmed down. The manager was apologetic and deducted the price of the drinks from our bill, which also arrive via other tables. All in all, I would probably go back when it is not so busy.
