My husband is obsessed with the pies here and makes claims that they're the best he has ever had. Insists we stop here every time we come to our holiday home. Personally I don't eat pies, but they make a good roll or sandwich too and are all very friendly- treat yourself and get a sweet to share because the selection is fantastic! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Philip Island Bakery:
some of the employees are very rude as they speak to customers. they all need a comprehensive training for customer service and the job they do. very unorganized. they must have a person who is quick and knows what they do coffee. So, very slow. the food and the quality above all under average....so disappointing. great position, but this is all. View all feedback.
Stopped in for breakfast a few times and the quality was fantastic every time. The pricing was pretty good too which was a pleasant surprise.
Bought coffees in the morning and rolls for lunch 2 days in a row Staff were happy and courteous. Rolls were very delicious!! Fillings were fresh daily. Coffee was a great temperature - not too hot, but hot enough to drink. Cookies and cakes are also delicious.
The cakes arrived and were ok, but we had finished eating when the coffee arrived. more on the saucer than in the cup! Luckily we asked for the free donuts that were not provided .. not really free because we. pay 50 cent extra for each coffee cup, because we "in the house" will not be back.
We tried cake there, they are not bad, but not worth the price, better place to a cheaper price
Since we couldn't find any open fish and chip shops, we opted to grab some food from the bakery instead. We made sure to try the French vanilla slice, and it did not disappoint.
