We were out for the evening with friends, we ordered our meals and told 1/2 wait but it ended up being over an hour. When we got our meals (the ones that ordered chips) were cold and my husband' s meal was not what was ordered, he ordered chips with cutlets and gravy but received cutlets and cold vegetables with gravy.
