While some diners had wonderful meals accompanied by delicious cocktails and appetizers, others lamented the lack of quality in their food and service. Despite the hit-and-miss reviews, the restaurant remains a popular spot for special occasions, although recent experiences have left some customers feeling less satisfied than before.
The restaurant has been closed since 2020 when it is closed for covid. I have no idea why this reservation was booked and accepted. the foundation room was open, but it's just a bar that offers bare food. very disappointed
The house of blues was closed and closed in dallas. we have shown ourselves to our reservation and turned around. I gave you a star, but you deserve negatiw. they need to do a better job to ensure that these restaurants work. terrible experience.
We have booked our table for 2 and 2 other people sitting with us. the tables were scratched together and all had 4 people sitting on tables that should have only 2. the woman next to me, who was also scratched on the small tables, cried for an hour into my ohr. bad planning on house of blues, as there was no direction to show nothing where we should sit, etc. no security. would definitely not recommend going back to see any shows.
Great food and even better service. The kitchen was fast given we were there before a concert.
Menu is horrible, atmosphere and live band all horrible. It was just a horrible experience. Maybe why no one was there, place was almost completely empty
