Oceanaire Seafood Room - Dallas

In the past, this restaurant has consistently provided outstanding service. However, during our recent visit, the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot and stuffy, causing my husband to sweat profusely. Additionally, we were disappointed to find lipstick stains on the rim of our beverage glass. The price of our meal and drinks had increased by $100 without any changes to the menu or offerings, and the bread and relish tray that used to be included was no longer provided. This felt like an unnecessary way to charge extra for items that were previously complimentary. Our bill totaled almost $500 before tip, and the additional charge for the bread and relish tray was the final straw. We can no longer recommend this restaurant due to the price increases, lack of attention to detail, and the overall negative experience during this visit.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently exceptional! Our server was attentive and the general manager Lisa was amazing as usual. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning which made us very uncomfortable during dinner. Looking back, having fans would have been helpful. The temperature inside the restaurant was noticeably different from the outside area in the mall. Before making our next reservation, we would like confirmation that the AC has been fixed. Thank you.

We had a wonderful evening at Oceanaire. It's the perfect place for special occasions. We were treated to a personalized menu, champagne toast, and dessert. The food was delicious and our server was excellent.

Our server, whose name I cannot remember due to the excellent wine we had, was excellent. She was very friendly and efficient and she had a great personality. Food was excellent.
