The Blue Fish - Dallas

My first visit to blue fish at this place, and unfortunately, on an otherwise beautiful Thursday evening, the place was empty. the people seem not to be frightened from the coronavirus from a reasonable reason. my friend and I sat in the sushi bar, enjoyed fabulous service and a wonderful show of sushi masters. they produce really beautiful rolling. we started with a false suppe that wasn't the best we ever had. I'd skip it next time. then three more wonderful dishes first the blue fish tower (we chose lachs,) which is very tasty, and a more ugly part even two possibilities divided. we also shared the samurai roll and the alaskan roll. samurai is served with a beautiful coating of washabi cream beware! it is very spicy (order a beer to quickly delete the effects). we loved the alaskan roll. only two negative. both rolled were for individual eating, despite cutting into smaller pieces, of course considerable size. they are simply quite large to fit in their average mouth. the only other negatiw is that everything came out at once in the round, even before we finished the miso suppe. for sushi this is not so consistent, but no one likes to feel like they are torn through the meal (especially if the place is practically empty).

Eating was ingenious as usual, but this is the first time I had a differentiated service. I'm not sure if they were short, but I was very disappointed.

Great quality, choice and service. try the Wasabi caviar when they feel brave.

They need a Sushimi plate with mixed fish. as any other sushi place on planets erde

Food was good. Ordered a hot meal, 2 pieces of sushi and a couple of rolls. Hot food and sushi arrived quickly, tools took another 15 -20 minutes so was not able to eat at the same time as my guest.
