Fast Thai food. I ordered the Pad Thai, and it was perfect. The vegetables, pasta and beef were cooked to perfection. A perfect blend salty, sweet and sour (squeeze of lemon).

The lady works hard as at lunch, she's all alone.
I stopped, though I realized when I realized that the glove she wears on a hand is never changed and she used to cook and hand cover with money and writing orders ... Cross contamination !!

At 261 victoria street darlinghurst there is a hidden gem called best thai. Actually, it is the best thai I have ever eaten. my man I visited regularly when we lived in sydney was never disappointed. there are a few exterior door tables a large interior area. the personal is friendly efficient. the kitchen is open and you can see how the food is cooked. it is also byo . the menu is quite extensive, but not expensive. their stirries are exceptional, especially the seafood. the curries are wonderful and very favorable. eating is very fresh. it's cash only to be prepared. in an antidote, where Thai restaurants begin, I think they really...read more
Takeaway: we stumbled over this place after a long day in sydney cbd and manly and although it wasn't the most updated in decor the food itself (we had takeaway) was absolutely delicious and very generous. the chef was an absolutely beautiful lady! we will surely see each other again.
Unclean, unpleasant staff, and eating is best moderate. sample each of the 3 other Thai restaurants close to that place. the name is not so true!
