This is a great place to eat while watching the sun go down. The fish and chips cost $9.90 each and there were far too many chips. And everything was cooked very well. Meals came with a slice of lemon and $1.00 extra each for tartare sauce. A small bottle of sav blanc equalling about 1 and a bit glasses and a stubby of beer came to $12.50. But most places charge around $6.00 plus for a glass of wine in Darwin and els... View all feedback.

People come for location, not food. Keep that in mind. The outlets would struggle on Mitchell st. Evenings are this place singular event. Worth a visit and a beer. Eat back in town. View all feedback.
We really enjoyed the Wharf and went there several times for drinks. We did not eat there, and it would be good if there was a bigger variety of food. However we did enjoy sitting there with a drink and watching the ships coming in and out. There is also the Flying Doctors exhibit and the bombing of Darwin which I loved. There is also the big wheel and a small play area for children. I think it is well worth a visit, and you can get there on the Big Bus.
Visit the RFDS exhibit which also includes a bombing of Darwin experience. The wheel offers a great view of the harbour, we even had some Indian Naval ships docked. The eatery area has so much to offer. We ate there a couple of times.
Apart from the lousy fish and chips at Kim’s fish and chips we went to sit at a prime table but it had reserved so we sat at another. Whilst eating the staff from Kim’s fish and chips and the Red Dragon staff had reserved it for themselves. So **** food and **** experience.
Very disappointing as a locale all the shops on the whafe have the same food menu.It would be great to see some change in 2023 with more choices other than frozen fish and chips!!!!
Second night in Darwin headed to the wharf for tea and the 2 workmates that ate here were both sick within an hour with food poisoning. Great start to our Darwin trip.
