Have been here on and off many times for around 5 years. The customer service is great and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend the chicken strips and fries. Great value. Its not 5 Star Dining but it's very good for what it is. Also its conveniently located on top of the hockey rink. The only downside is the operating hours, sometimes they are just randomly not open. read more.

This has to be the best little cafe in the area_Opens at 6 am, phone ins are ok.._Food is fresh, not stale.._Burgers are to die for, home French fries.

Lunch special: wrap, fries, soup.__Soup was definitely not from a can so big bonus hereFlavour was good, soup was hot.

"This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location (first time was the downtown location) and this visit did not disappoint! Ordered the Niku Mazesoba and it was consistent with my first visit. Super creamy, rich, and very filling! Highly recommend and will continue coming back for this!"

"The food is very good to be honest. I have dined many times already but I decide I will not go again any more.First, I was parking my car when my friend carrying a 10 months old baby lining up at 5pm sharp. My friend requested to get a table first and feed his starving baby. The waitress won't let them in because they said the whole group didn't fully arrive yet. Come on I was parking my car with 3-5 min delays, why can't they be reasonable or kindness to let us get a table and feed the baby first???Second, we have been told there is limited dining time until 6pm while I saw a few 2 people tables and 4 people tables occupied by 1 person only. I know lots of people lining up already but it could be better if they can operate the restaurant more effectively.Third, I ordered a large assorted set for me and my wife, and a soup udon set for my 2 5 and 6 years old kids. Then the waitress said there is a minimum charge and forced me to order more.I love eating Japanese food and admire Japanese culture. This is the worse Japanese dining experience I have ever had in my entire life."
