No longer appears to serve food which was a bit inconvenient.
Marvellous what a change in ownership/licencee can do to a place. Currently no food just drinks but have a great selection. Staff really nice, chatty and enthusiastic, if they can get a refurb or even just decorate the place it can only be an improvement on the last managers/owners.
The pub restaurant was closed but we were told we could visit the fish'n'chip shop opposite and bring back our food to eat in the pub. We returned with our fish'n'chips and after ordering a drink sat in the pub garden and enjoyed our food. Afterwards, a gentleman came and removed both our empty glasses and the debris from our meal. All very friendly and sociable. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Ffrith
Had a lovely evening here really glad this place has re opened really enjoyed it will definitely return looking forward to eating here next time
