The staff were nice, friendly, and professional. Our food arrived quickly and was well-prepared. The atmosphere was family-friendly, clean, and full of positive energy. Stopped in for a few beverages with guys from work. The beers were larger than most other places, and cold. The waitresses outfits were very nice.

Hooters with Kilts! Probably perfect for a "Bros Night Out", but not a ladies "Cup of Tea" Popped in off the street expecting a Scottish Pub

We were in around 2pm on 3/19/16. It took 5-10 minutes for a our waitress to acknowledge us. When I asked what beers she had on tap, she told me not to make her repeat them all. So I just wanted to know what they had on tap that was local and she said everything. I kept trying to narrow the search down until finally I just had her get me a beer menu. We were seated in the bar area and I could see if what was on draft. I just wanted to know if there was anything I wasn't seeing and she made it sound like there was. Our drinks came out in 5 minute intervals. I got me beer. Then the waters came. Then my friend got the soda. The food was gross. I got fish and chips which were mostly batter and that slid right off. None of that really bothers me. Everyone can have a bad day. What upset me was when we got our checks and I was being charged for my friend's soda. I told the waitress and she said she would take care of it. Instead, she charged my friend for the soda, but left it on my receipt. When I asked about it she argued with me, telling me that the price was adjusted even though there was no new receipt. I still had the old receipt with part of my buddy's order on it and the change she brought back reflected that. Except, that wasn't even the right change. She kept all the coins and then tried to convince me that I don't know math. I can appreciate a good scam, but this was just sloppy. I wasn't going to argue over 3 dollars with a woman dressed in rags.

I stop in for lunch sometimes when I'm downtown for work. Usually sit at the bar. Burgers are really good, especially the one with the cream cheese and pepper jelly. Fish and chips are just OK. Got them twice and once undercooked and once overcooked. The issue here is the service. The bartenders do not provide good service... especially really tall dark haired girl. No refils on drinks, ect... its like you're not even there. This is especially irritating when the bar is less than half full. She's served me 3 times and its been the same with everyone at the bar each time.
