Me and my wife went here for our third wedding anniversary. We split a few dinners so we could get a little taste of as much as possible and just about everything was good. What Maureenm doesn't like about Slows Bar BQ:
1st time to Slows and it was very good. I love southern BBQ and it is hard to find a place here in Michigan that is comparable. We had great service John Michael Lee G. who was our server and he was fun! Especially loved the pulled pork, the beans and the sweet potato mash. Green beans were good but not very southern. I would come back and recommend to others.
Parking is a little difficult and the door is hidden, but otherwise it was a good first experience.
Definitiw plan and reserve them. slowly seems to be full! eating is excellent, warm, heavy comfort food with generous portions. the waitress was timely and very attentive. perfect place to birthday!

It was okay bbq. They had a lot of sauce options. The pulled pork was dry but the Mac n cheese and cornbread were delicious.
