There's no pintxos here. they are dishes, but what dishes! is all very delicious. recommending the carrillera, the risotto with idiazábal and the raviolis of tksangurro. essential on its pintxos route.
The very good risotto, the big corns of merluza, but the best thing for me was the pig's ear, spectacular.
