Last week visited wigtown this is the best shop of my opinion. great well presented selection of books, many of which are hard to find elsewhere

This bookstore offers a wonderful atmosphere and a wide selection of books. They also have a large assortment of unique notes for sale. The owners, Joyce and Ian, are friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is truly amazing. It feels like stepping into a different world with its variety of books from different time periods, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Even though I'm not a big reader, I love coming here.

I am trying to put together a holiday and visit with our friends in Glasgow and visit not only Scotland but Ireland and England. I have friends in England and I have enjoyed my husbands friends in Scotland. We are retired and live on a fixed income. Therefore, we have to watch the American dollar , but truly enjoy our visit.
