"Come this July 10th with my companion, we have spent a nice time.Gentillity and good welcome of the staff, lasagna of salmon goat and excellent zucchini (the product is fresh) chicken poultry with served leather rattes. the top! desserts, for us burnt cream carambars and tiramissu speculos just perfect! addition more than correct, we highly recommend."

"Beautiful place to discover, warm welcome and industrial type decoration and very trendy felt. the menu is mainly meat but you will also find a little fish/crustaceans and pasta dishes. The plates are very generous, I saw several people coming out with doggy bag! (among me) I didn't try desserts. but you find them on the photo card in this review. the aperitif is also treated, special bread with liver foam to share. the ti punch is well presented with its small glass of cane sugar and that of cane sugar syrup also, you choose! We also discovered a range of digestive rums, never seen elsewhere. short, to be absolutely tested to note the card is not complete on the photos, it needs to scan in the restaurant to have all the choices"

"The restaurant is in quite an attractive building just moments off the Autoroute. The surrounding area is not particularly attractive but clearly Le Soubise is a dining destination in itself. The inside is quite formal with the large kitchen visible through a glass wall as you arrive and the dining room in semi classical style with part panelled walls and part exposed brick. There is plenty of parking and on our arrival at 1.30pm the restaurant was about two thirds full. The staff are attentive, the chef greets each diner on arrival, and the food of a very good standard. I would say this is a classic old style French restaurant where the food, service and ambience make the surrounding location an irrelevance. I would highly recommend it for those seeking a top end restaurant in an area that is probably very much lacking such establishments. The lunchtime set menus were Euro 31 and Euro 55 (including wine) which were extremely good value in my view."
