Popped into this quaint pub for a meal and drinks. Ordered the food at the bar and you receive a buzzer to let you know when it's ready. We ordered the shared entrée and chicken parmy. Both were lovely pub meals. Staff were efficient and nice. View all feedback.

In the city on a Tuesday and need lunch and didn't want the expensive venues on water front which are always crowded and hard to get a table. So headed for the Phoenix which is close to water front. Decided to try the senior meals a try at $15.95. I had the meat loaf and my partner the lasagne both with chips and salad. We had the set menu, and it was incredible value. The meals were incredible, and the presentation top notch. The room was big, but the furnishings and decor make it feel very cosy and ambient, so we did not at all feel like we were in a big venue. Our group of 4 had a wonderful evening, and were so happy with the recommendation to go there. The staff are all so well presented and friendly, and allow you to take your time and enjoy your meal.

Service was good from the moment we walked in, menu is good, food was very good.
Overall was a fantastic night just could of had a great variety on the menu like more pasta and burgers or home made pies or something to give that wow menu lots to choose from... Found it has same food you eat everytime... Otherwise it's a beautiful place to eat and out door area is lovely.... Staff were the best always ask if everything OK or take empty plates great work staff......
We always enjoy our time at the Phoenix Hotel. The food is delicious and the service is perfect.
