Saffron Indian cuisine - East Geelong

This Indian resteruant is a few blocks back from the Main Street. But well worth the diversions. If you like curry, and of the English-Indian type, it is perfect.Nothing to look at from the outside, but once inside, it is pure class. No paper sheets on the table, but really attractive wooden tables. Extremely clean - on the side of immaculate/As for the food, well, absolutely first class, high level ingredients - either if you are a veggie or a carnivore. I would say the is without doubt, a hidden treasure of Geelong.Have had many Indian meals in Australia and have no problems that saying this is the best so far.

We eat here a lot, the staff are friendly, the food is exceptional and the cost is excellent. The Indian food here is very nice and the menu is extensive.

We had take away here on a saturday night, have tried a couple of indian places in geelong, this is by far my favorite, everything we had was very tasty.I chose the chicken Korma, with some veg byrani, surpurb combination. Great size portions, enough for lunch the next day.

The food was all very delicious. It was enjoyed by all four of us. The Butter Chicken had just the right amount of spice that the children enjoyed it.

This is a great place to take our family for dinner - the kids love it! Food is really nice and the staff are kind and attentive. It is a nice atmosphere and parking is usually not too hard to find.
