The Palm East Hampton

I am always greeted by a friendly staff, from the host Chris to the servers, at The Palm. The food is fantastic, especially my favorite dishes. We always look forward to coming to The Palm!

Our waiter was fantastic, with 20 years of experience at the restaurant. I believe his name was Gus.

Unfortunately the experience was not good. The kitchen was extremely slow, two of the main dishes, lamb chops and shrimp saute were reheated, appeared multiple times and were tasteless and hard to chew, vegetables unfortunately not good either. We are always hoping the restaurant can deliver on past glory and a few times last summer it had , but this time was consistent of what others told us of their experiences. We are hoping as this season unfolds, the Palm will figure things out and start delivering!

We’ve been coming to The Palm for many years and it’s always a great time dining at The Palm. It’s fun and noisy in a good way. The wait staff very professional and attentive. Our server this evening was Elizabeth, who was excellent and did not rush us as we were celebrating a BD. Chris Gilman always stops by to say hello and ask how things are going, which means a lot. Oh and the food is very good too! High quality PRIME beef and all the fabulous sides. A very special place for us to celebrate special occasions with good friends.
