Contribute FeedbackThe Palm, once revered as one of the best restaurants in the USA, has disappointed diners with lackluster food and slow service. Some describe it as the worst steakhouse imaginable. Despite this, a few patrons rave about the delicious meatballs and exceptional Bolognese, vowing to return for more. While the atmosphere is cozy and service is usually excellent, consistency seems to be an issue. The Palm in East Hampton, however, stands out as a special experience, evoking the magic of old school dining. Overall, opinions are divided, with some loyal customers praising the food quality and friendly staff, while others express disappointment in the decline of this once illustrious establishment.
The service and the atmosphere were excellent for a Tuesday at a low season. Your steak was unbelievable in your mouth.
Jumbo cums and the crab cakes were fantastic... Porter house for two medium was perfectly cooked. pink on the inside. Delicious.
A special night, a special opportunity, the palm in East Hampton never disappointed. I am not sure whether it is the old school magic of the building and the staff or the plafull chaotic din of the diner, but everything tastes great here on many levels
Everything is the best of all times;!!! Great any perfect better than anything else the food is great... All the food is great, it's great because we're sitting, then it's a few days you're still eating, that's what I love about everything. I wish you the other people like this is how great it is definitely number one! Text me in an hour and a half to want to come there that once a month sometimes more, that is how great it is!! Even my son is he two and a half years old, he loves you so much that you love it and all the people who work there, it was perfect my son is so happy never cried, even that is a good that is!!!
The food at The Palm is absolutely delicious!!! I’ve always had great dining experiences there and I’ve never been disappointed! I like to start with the steakhouse wedge salad or Caesar Salad followed by shrimp cocktail and a perfectly cooked 12 oz filet with steamed spinach and au gratin potatoes. I highly recommend the carrot cake for dessert (even if you’re full it’s worth buying, you can always finish it at home)
