What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I ordered a 24oz smoothing and they made me a 12oz and when I told them it was the wrong size, they added 12oz ice to my smoothing. also ordered pickup and waited 30 minutes, while my pickup was the only order on their screen, did not begin my smoothie until almost 20 minutes after my pickup time and ask them if they could start my order. Came in looking for a couple sandwiches and some bomb smoothies and walked out with a wrong sandwich and two flavored waters and when I say flavored waters I mean the smallest hints of fruit I've ever tasted. Also was given a broken straw and had to pay for another one...... I'm not going to even get into the wait (30 min) and that didn't help by any stretch of the imagination. Thank you Tropical Smoothie East Lansing I will NEVER be coming back....
Good service, polite staff even got a free smoothie cause they made mine twice..
I really enjoy the vegetarian chicken protein in the buffalo wrap and the kale slaw side adds a healthy touch to my fast lunch.

Friendly people, but it took 20 minutes to get my smoothie. a customer service, but I think they could use some extra staff
