Contribute FeedbackThe Four Seasons restaurant had mixed reviews based on a variety of experiences. Customers mentioned issues with food quality, service, and ambiance. Some felt the menu was limited, while others praised the elegant presentation and attentive service. The atmosphere was noted to be lacking at times, with a need for additional heaters for outside seating. Despite some inconsistencies, the staff received positive feedback for accommodating special requests and providing top-notch service. There were also compliments on the impeccable service and fantastic food. Overall, the restaurant seemed to have some room for improvement but showed potential for a great dining experience.
The steak, eggs, and burger were cooked slightly more than we preferred but still delicious. The chicken and waffle (featuring both breast and thigh meat) looked impressive and the chicken was juicy, though the waffle was not exceptional. However, the standout dish of the brunch was the biscuits and gravy.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal, delicious drinks, and received excellent service for our 40th wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic experience!
I very much enjoyed the cheeseburger. The salad that came with it was small and contained only a little lettuce nothing else. It was disappointing. The restaurant did not offer standard dressings like caesar or blue cheese. But, when asked, the waiter remarkably said they could make up both dressings. I asked to try both. The blue cheese dressing was very good. The caesar dressing was not good. I was surprised that the restaurant did not have an ordinary caesar salad with optional canned anchovies) on the menu. A manager said we could have asked for it. But, their version of caesar dressing was not good so I am glad I did not know that one could order a caesar salad. The service and atmosphere we sat outside) were excellent. But, when I initially called to confirm the reservation, the person on the phone said that if we wanted to eat outside we would have to order off a pre fixe Persian menu. But when we got there and asked to sit outside, we were given regular menus. There was no mention of Persian food or a pre fixe menu. I would have liked to bring one of two groups there for lunch sometimes. I regularly organize lunches for 2 groups). But this restaurant charge a lot of money to rent a private room $1200 1800, or more), in addition to the cost of the food and service and tax, which makes it totally impractical for us. It seemed silly to charge so much, especially at lunchtime, since they were not very busy. We would have liked to come back with both groups, but not if we had to pay for the room. Most restaurants do not charge rent for their private rooms. A few have minimum food bills and that would probably have been fine, if the minimum were reasonable.
Good food, nice ambiance and service! Will be back!
Too many misses to overcome. Limited brunch menu—few healthy choices. No kids menu for breakfast—only lunch. Ordered two glasses of champagne and only one arrived. Ordered two poached eggs and only received one.
