Contribute FeedbackOld Chicago restaurant has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have reported slow and inattentive service, disappointing dishes like watery pasta sauce, and issues with reservations. However, others have praised the food quality, especially the delicious pizza options and vegetarian choices, making it a great spot for date nights or late-night dining. Despite some drawbacks, the overall consensus is that Old Chicago is a solid choice for a family meal, drinks with friends, or a casual dinner out. With a diverse menu and cozy ambiance, it remains a popular destination for many diners.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant does not accept reservations despite being listed on the app. I was initially disappointed to hear this, as it meant we would have to wait for 30 minutes. However, the staff managed to seat us much sooner than expected, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
We made a reservation for 14 people, but upon arrival, the restaurant only had a table for 10 and a booth for 4 available.
The worst place I've ever visited. They gave us a quick table and all the waiters passed us by and none of them had the delicacy to attend to us. 30 minutes on hold and nothing. Americans arrived and took care of them immediately, but maybe since we are Puerto Ricans they marginalized us. If you don’t know we’re American citizens since we are born. Total disappointment. Racists.
Ordered the Chicken Carbonara and it smelled amazing, unfortunately the taste didn't match the smell. The sauce was watery, bland and overall disgusting. It tasted like an old frozen TV dinner. I was so excited to try the pasta here but sadly it didn't meet the mark.
The Atmosphere was Wonderful, The service was great!! Food was delicious!! I had a Salad with grilled Chicken!! So good!!
