We had dinner from the a la carte menu and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I found there were plenty of choices on the menu as well as the specials board. I had pork and my wife chicken and we each had a dessert. The food, wine and service were all very good and the meal was good value for money. Disappointed in the choice of the Pre Theatre menu, decided to look at the a la carte menu, equally disappointed with the choices. Settled on pate, it was okay, rather bland but edible, not enough chutney to compliment it. Had pasta with meatballs for mains, again nice enough, but settled on this due to lack of choices.
