Sea King Seafood Market - Ellicott City

Another Friday night, what do I fancy to eat ? Drove by umpteen times, curiosity got the best of me, popped in Sea king Ellicott City. I liked the quaint, seashore decor, huge menu selection, settled with more comfort food, a rainy day. 5 wings or 10, if I chose 5 wings I would have been disappointed. 10 wings were deliciously satisfying, stick to your ribs, appetizing mac and cheese, barbecue beans. great choice will return to experience more of menu

Had the shrimp salad sandwich and a half n half soup. Shrimp sandwich could have been seasoned better, just tasted like mayonnaise. Soup was decent for a cold day

Local seafood/bbq carryout with some outstanding items that we always go back for. We love the colossal crab cakes, brisket sandwiches, twice baked potatoes, cream of crab soup and amazing corn fritters. Best home made coleslaw we have ever had!

Very nice family and friends friendly place to get a bit to eat. The crabs are worth every penny or dollar should I say! And the ribs and crab cake are pretty good as well. Totally pleased.

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Sea King for many years. However, our loyalty came to an end recently. When we called to inquire about the availability of Fresh Jumbo Lump Maryland Crabmeat, we were told that they had plenty in stock. We drove to the store only to find one unappealing pound in the case. When we asked for another pound from the back refrigerator, the clerks behind the register seemed reluctant to help. Despite our request for them to leave the rejected pound in the case, they took it with them to look for another. The owner/manager then informed us that we could only purchase the pound on display, as getting another would disrupt the rotation of the crabmeat. His rude and unhelpful demeanor led us to leave without making a purchase, declaring that we would no longer be returning as customers. We strongly advise avoiding Sea King if you value good customer service.
