Super Fish is really great! They start you off with a delicious shrimp broth appetizer. The fish is fresh, the fries are fantastic, and the curry sauce is to die for. The service was excellent and they were very attentive to our needs. I was disappointed that I didn't have any cash on me to leave a tip, as it would have been well deserved. View all feedback.
What undefined doesn't like about Superfish:
First time in donkey years we've had a meal from superfish. We had high expectations reading all the fantastic reviews. We had a takeaway of large cod chips and mushy peas and it tasted awful. The worst I think I've ever had. The mushy peas I couldn't taste the peas just tasted of salt, the fish was very thin portain hardly any fish on it mostly skin and the chips weren't fresh and half weren't edible. I won't be com... I had the most delicious scampi I've ever eaten at this restaurant! The waitress was fantastic and we even got a complimentary starter. I highly recommend this place for a dinner out. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a 5-star rating. I also recommend trying the Cod and Chips, it's a must-have dish!
As a Norwegian visiting the UK, I can confidently say that the fish and chips at this restaurant are truly excellent. I have tried many fish dishes in my lifetime, but none have compared to the freshness and quality of this meal. The fish is clearly not frozen and is perfectly cooked - moist on the inside, with a crisp and flavorful outer layer. The portion sizes are generous, but who can complain about being well-fed? Additionally, the waitress was friendly and welcoming, with a smile that epitomized the English charm I had always imagined. I would give this experience a perfect 10/10 rating.
