We had a midday meal here. It was very busy but the food was worth the wait. The soup I had was almost like a stew with a Cassoulet type of flavor. The ingredients were fresh and excellent. My husband had a piperade which was also fresh and excellent. We will definitely return here if we are again in Espelette. View all feedback.

We came to the restaurant in the evening after our espelette peak race. The room is majestic and beautiful. I have rarely eaten piperade and axoa as well prepared and delicious. I even think it's the best here.
