Location in the heart of Ettlingen. Delicious Asian food with good choice. Attention from the kitchen with aha effect. Communication with operation difficult, neither German nor English language possible. Digestif selection on card minimal and then not available.
I have experienced this as well as never before: there was no single service employee who understood as well as no word German during our visit. Especially brutal in my eyes when you have intolerances and want to bear ingredients. In the end, I ate only Edamame as an appetizer from frustration, because Werder could be answered whether the summer roll with tofu is possible without egg, nor whether the spring roll would be possible without mushrooms. In addition, (02/2024) the menu on the website is not identical to the designed As main dish I took the sushi menu E4. That tasted quite good and looked great, but included ingredients that were not on the map. The place is visually appealing, even if not barrier-free, as you have to get to the 1st floor without a lift.
We had a great evening and were kindly received. The food was great. Price performance absolutely ok. We had the big sushi plate and were thrilled... of course you could criticize at a high level... that Kresse has not lost anything on Sushi. no matter in this case...and no, I was neither bought nor am I a bot... happy again!
