Cafe Yumm! in Eugene is a hidden gem worth visiting. During my recent visit, I tried the wrap which was a bit messy as it was served open-faced, but it was delicious. What Rae Yost doesn't like about Cafe Yumm North Delta Center:
They have expanded quite a bit since their days in the 5th St Mrkt. They have had to hire hundreds if not thousands of people. These people don't seem to care too much about their jobs. They don't seem to care if your vegan meal has dairy. I am not in the back, but it makes me wonder if the chicken juiced cutting boards are hanging with the avos that vegans get extra. There are several cafe-yum restaurants in various areas of eugen and they always get the same meal, no matter what, they go. the yam sauce is delicious, we keep a glass in the refrigerator home. my daughter loves to eat it on buzz, rice, afteros and salat. all menu bowls and packs can be made vegan by replacing extra avocado or carrots. they also have a few sandwiches and suppen, which are also vegan.
I have eaten an organic and usually vegan food for several years, and with restaurants like cafe yumm it is easy to do this! whether they are vegan, vegetarian, or a carnivore, but there is something for everyone in the cafe yumm. Fast, Delicious, Organic Meals are served in a light, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. they can choose from yumm bowls made from organic rice, bean, salsa, yumm sauce, bee, sour cream, avocado, oliven, and if they eat meat they can eat all white meats without additional hormonal (hold the milk and meat when their vegan and get extra avocado). these bowls are simple, but tasty and will drive them through their day. other options cafe yumm has to offer are homemade suppen, salad, a garlic veggie burger, tofu or tempe bento teller (my favorites is the tofu yumm bento with barbeque tofu and jasmine rice packings, and sandwiches. if they have not yet tried cafe yumm, they are missing!

Cafe Yumm offers the best prices for the healthiest and most delicious food in the Eugene area. I especially enjoy the spicy Yumm bowl and their signature Yumm sauce is absolutely amazing. The staff is always quick and friendly. Parking is plentiful and the wait is never too long.
After our Hyperbaric Chamber session, my BFF and I were hungry. So she took me to this Cafe. Nice place, outside dining and inside too.
