a typical place in the small village of the Balmaz where you can eat very good traditional dishes such as tripes, pig feet, kidneys or excellent calf rice. for people who don't like pigs there are nice proposals on the map. the service is pleasant and you enjoy your meal with pleasure because all the dishes are tasteful.
