Origens - Évora

Wow, what a great place. Excellent friendly service and very good food. The grilled octopus with lureed chickpeas and smoked pork belly will not soon be forgotten! This was the best place we tried in Evora (better than Dom Joaquim and La Bruxa both of which were good but not as good).

What a great find. Fantastic tasting menu paired with lovely local wines. All the staff were so helpful to make our evening enjoyable. If you are in evora make the effort and go there.

We had a wonderful dinner here during our weekend in and around Evora. The staff were absolutely delightful, very welcoming and charming and helpful. We had a few different dishes to share, and I can honestly say they were all amazing. Accompanied by some great wine, we had a fantastic evening, topped off with some local liquor. Absolutely recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Evora.

Perfect in every way! Beautiful and delicious food, excellent service, and a charming, comfortable atmosphere! We chose the 5 course tasting menu, and it was awesome! Every dish was unique, and delivered! Wine pairings were thoughtful and matched perfectly! A nice a la carte menu is available, as are excellent wines for every palate. A great restaurant that should not be missed!

Great vegan and vegetarian options. Incredibly high quality all round. Excellent service and chill vibe.
