Fair Lawn Promenade

Having lived in the promenade for 5 years, I only moved because cities change. I had a great 5 years there and will miss it! I loved my modern, clean apartment with a washing machine and dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful, even knowing my name. The superintendent was always available to fix problems the same day. The building is immaculate, with clean and sparkling elevators and frequently vacuumed hall carpets. The lobbies are modern and spacious, the halls are beautiful and wide, and there are no lingering smells from cooking. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment building. The location is convenient, with a strip shopping center nearby offering a great hair salon, Dieucks, restaurants, and just a short walk from the train station. These two buildings are, by far, the most beautiful rentals in the area, and I was lucky to have lived there. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking to rent in Bergen.

Lived there for two years. very good community, all staff are very nice and friendly. troy, the real estate manager, is very responsive and with additional efforts to ensure that everything in the apartment or even in the community is good as a whole. we have two children (5 and 1,) we have them in the neighbourhood to foot or on the terrace that was very helpful during covid. above is the location that is close to everything. definitely recommend.

Our nearly 3-year stay at Fair Lawn Promenade Apartments was a fantastic experience. The location is very convenient, with a train station nearby and great shops downstairs. The apartments were updated and the staff was incredibly helpful. Troy stood out in particular, as he was always accommodating and pleasant from the moment we signed the lease until we moved out.
