Woodcliff Hotel & Spa - Horizons Restaurant

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! My husband and I attended a wedding here and decided to stay overnight. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to check in early to get ready for the wedding. Our room was spacious and clean, with luxurious bathroom toiletries. The outdoor wedding had a breathtaking view, and the passed appetizers and buffet dinner were delicious and plentiful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again!

The Woodcliff Hotel is easily one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The view, the rooms, and the overall facility were all amazing and exceptionally well-maintained. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by Victoria, one of the friendliest hotel representatives I have encountered. Checking in was a breeze thanks to her hospitality. Thomas was equally as accommodating, ensuring that any requests I had were promptly taken care of and always accompanied by a smile. Emily, the bartender, was truly outstanding with her mixology skills, crafting the most perfect drinks. She is definitely a rising star in the industry and contributed greatly to my enjoyable stay. Connor, the supervisor, was also very attentive and made certain that my experience at the Woodcliff was nothing short of top-notch. The overall atmosphere at the Woodcliff was welcoming and truly deserving of its 5-star rating. I will definitely be returning whenever I am in the area, as the Woodcliff has set a high standard for its competitors. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as it was the host hotel for an event we attended nearby. The location is good, with easy access to the highway and surrounded by lush green space with nature trails nearby. It is a 2-minute drive from a large shopping area. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and the rooms could use some updates. We didn't have a microwave in our room, but our friends who booked the same room did. The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful, with one standout employee being Vicky at reception. While we had a great experience with the staff, we have mixed feelings about the overall value of the hotel compared to the cost, even with group rates.

Definitely not worth the money, and certainly not luxury This hotel is out of the way.
