Female stuff lady was RUDE, like she was annoyed that we were there... UNFRIENDLY, POOR ATTITUDE. The Vinyl Taco STAFF(restaurant next door) heard them talk to us and was shocked. Especially the heavy set female server with black hair, piercings, and arm tattoos. Made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. We've been customers for years. And we have tatts and body jewelry. JL Beers offers delicious burgers and fantastic side dishes. They have a diverse and impressive selection of beers. The service is welcoming, and the ambiance is warm and inviting.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they didn’t have a variety of dark beers, which might be a thing in the Pacific Northwest, I'm not sure. The beer cheese and pretzels were absolutely delicious, so much so that I took some home to Washington. I also loved the ambiance!
I visited the original location this weekend for a burger and a beer. It had been years since my last visit, and I was pleased to see that everything is still fantastic. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and they have a superb selection of beers.
Bacon Cheddarpeño just beat out Rajun Cajun as my fav. Took two beers to keep up with the heat!
I love this place. Best burgers in town, very inexpensive on top of it. They also have a killer tap selection, and even some good non alcoholic beers for us sober guys. The staff is cool, the music is great, the food and bevs are killer. 5 star joint in my opinion.
