Just give a 5 star because I was here 7 years ago and I remember the spicy meat noodles and cooked fish. I really wish I had the recipe as I live far away from this amazing authentic restaurant! I miss the taste so much! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Formosa Chinese:
I ordered a late lunch from this place. The food looked good. It was fried rice and general Tso?s chicken. The chicken was too hot. The fried rice was not very freshly prepared. The food was decent, however, I feel that the portion size was less as compared to their price. You can check the picture how small quantity it was. Otherwise, it was decent. Old restaurant, but nice staff. The food was terrible, tastes like they never wash their pans, or use rancid spices idk, but it did not taste decent at all.
The duck sauce is double duty as a blend for appetizers and sauce for sweet sours. It is thin and runny, peculiar tasting and its main ingredients seem sugar and red food coloring. The crab ringoon has no evidence that even a fake crab has ever come close. It is cold and filled with cream cheese. Period. The Moo-Schu-Pork, which should normally contain pork, mushrooms, egg, carrots, green onion and other delicious Chinese vegetables, had an ingredient overwhelmed the few others: cabbage. This **** cost a total of $60. Until NWA diners realize how good Chinese food really tastes, places like this will continue to give you as little as possible for as much of your money as they can get. BTW, Meiji, a Fayetteville SUSHI restaurant, offers an excellent Craab Rangoon appetizer with REAL crab for about the same price as these imposters.
The absolute BEST Asian-American food restaurant in ALL of Northwest Arkansas. If you do not eat here, you are missing out on life itself. The cooks are amazing. The flavors are other-worldly. The customer service is impeccable. A 10/10 on my scale!!!

Update: I again ordered a house special Lo mein, this time through another food delivery app. It came quickly, and it was hot. The portion size was decent as compared to the price. It was a bit oily and watery which I didn?t expect in a pan fried noodles). Otherwise it was a decent choice.
