What SeaGuys doesn't like about The Rock Wood Fired Kitchen - Federal Way:
The service was unusually slow at this restaurant. We had to ask for napkins and forks, and had to remind the server twice about bringing cheese and pepper. At one point, we had to leave our table to find the waiter and request these items. View all feedback.
The Rock is one of those places where when you've been to one of em, you've pretty much been to all of em I mean, it's a chain, after all. I love coming
The Rock is a local chain, so the menu is predictableI highly recommend their white sauce on your pizza, it has quite a bit of delicious flavor.
I normally love eating at this spot but tonight was a very different story.
Shrimp appetizer was a disappointment. Pizza was soggy. Truffle fries were excellent. Service was great. Food was not. My husband and I enjoyed happy hour and brunch and I was excited to bring my daughter here for dinner. It was okay but lots of room for improvement.
Really enjoyed everything! Very fresh, great flavor and attentive service, we will definitely go back!
