Had lunch at Crystal Restaurant on a very busy afternoon (with two toddlers in tow). Andreas Simon, the chef de service, was warm and hospitable despite the busy service he was experiencing. Service was good but the dish i ordered, veal schnitzel which comes with chips (CH40 or $88 AUD) was a big big disappointment. It was worse than fast food meal absolutely disgusting.
