Pleasant breakfast in a pleasant and welcoming environment, with a very friendly staff! I recommend it!

First place we tried as we’d just arrived in Florence and it was near our hotel. Got 2 sandwiches 3 soft drinks and they charged us €21. Read reviews now and they seemingly overcharge tourists. Food was average and really wouldn’t recommend as Florence had better food places and a lot cheaper

Rude is an understatement, my Italian isn't great but I try. 100% overcharged because I was a tourist. Wished I had of read the other review before I went here. Dont bother going here. If you are the owner I hope you have a good hard long look at yourself and your rude arrogant dreadful staff. Oh and this place is filthy btw.

For the first time in my life I actually felt that I paid the tourist tax for not knowing the rules at the place. We just wanted two coffees. I knew that we would probably have to pay more if we sat down so I waited at the bar. The waitress in perfect English told me I could sit down. I preferred to stand. All I wanted was just a quick coffee. The waiter told me to sit down. I started to feel like an idiot for standing so I sat down. The price for two coffees turned out to be 8 euros. It is four times higher then anywhere else. The coffee was nothing special. I was very disappointed.
