Kings Corner Thai - FIVE DOCK

I have been ordering delivery from Kings Corner for many years, and the meal I received this weekend was exceptional. I tried the Mee Grob, which consisted of crispy rice noodles tossed in Kings Corner sauce with minced chicken and fried tofu. It was bursting with flavor and even included egg this time, which was a pleasant surprise. The crispy noodles in this dish are my favorite. The Mini Net Spring Rolls were also deliciously crispy, filled with shrimp and crab meat. The Pad Thai with Chicken was a bit bland, but that is usually the case with Pad Thai for me. The portions are large, prices are reasonable, and the delivery is prompt and friendly. Highly recommended.

Hubby and I love going to Kings Corner as we have never been disappointed with any vegetarian option we have selected. Also, the service is courteous and allows for customisation (with waitresses patiently noting down crazy customisation levels in our respective versions of the same rice/noodles). Only food that I have ever really not quite liked has been their Tom Yum Soup (vegetarian). Conveniently located in the Five Dock market area, I love sitting by their large windows!

The restaurant has a small dining area and lacks atmosphere, but the food is excellent. I have tried most of the Thai restaurants in the area and this one was one of the best. It will definitely be my go-to for Thai takeout in the area from now on.

The service here is friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much to ask of them. I had the Mixed Entree (spring roll, curry puff, chicken satay fish cake), Pad See Iew With Duck, and Sticky Rice With Thai Custard. The food is delicious and plentiful.

Really suprised by the freshness of the food and the fast service,you can see all the food and vegetables they use in the glass front counter,ordered hokkinen noodles with chicken in garlic&pepper sauce,mmm delish,cheap too,will be stopping here again!
