Contribute FeedbackJade Restaurant dazzles diners with its beautiful ambiance and diverse menu, appealing to both vegans and meat-lovers alike. However, service inconsistencies and seating challenges mar the overall experience. Celebratory occasions can bring unexpected chaos, as highlighted by seating mishaps and noisy large groups. Nevertheless, many patrons rave about the delightful food, from spicy salmon rolls to flavorful Thai basil fried rice, especially during happy hour. While the vibrant atmosphere may feel rushed at times, Jade remains a popular choice for its attentive staff, delicious cuisine, and appealing prices, inviting guests to give it another chance.
We visited yesterday for the first time as a group of 10 to celebrate my birthday. he chose this restaurant because it is beautiful and has so many menu choices for him as a vegan. the rest of the family had many seafood and meat choices. the service was friendly and the food was delicious. my enkelin spilled a glass water and the staff was quick to clean up everything. they even came with a high sparkling candle in a gurke to sing the birthday to the vegan birthday child on our request, as they do not have vegan dessert options!
I had an amazing experience jade eating love all about the restaurant in any case again soon. I am always ready to try different types of food from trinidad and tobago.
Came here for the first time and it was really nice. for appetizers I had a spicy salmon roll, tom khae and huhn and brokkoli for my entree. they were all delicious. they have many workers who are attentive to the diners that I will return soon!
Everything was delicious. had crumbled knabe, crispy kalamari, bark meat and garnel tacos and tiramisu. all were so delicious will definitely reap!
This was my second time at Jade so my hopes had been high. I had reserved a table to celebrate my birthday with my family. When I arrived, despite me trying to show the hostess my reservation, I was told they couldn’t find my reservation but they were still happy to seat me. We were then seated at the table closest to the exit and also along the side of their koi pond. Before I can ask anything else, the hostess leaves in a hurry so I have to get up and show a different hostess my reservation notice on my phone. I’m so concerned about this only because the reservation required my card information and it would incur a fee for a cancellation or no show. Sure enough, this other hostess somehow magically finds my OpenTable reservation. With that out of the way, I return to where my family is seated only to find that it’s freezing. Every time the door is opened (which is quite often, especially due to a large group I will get to later), a gust of wind hits us. It takes both my parents flagging down a hostess and telling them multiple times that they’d like to be seated at a specific table that had just been cleared up (we wanted to stay by the pond). As my family gets ready to change our seats, a completely different host seats a completely different party there. All hell ensues as said host begins to argue with my father. Finally, after a while, the original hostess apologizes to us and seats us in a different table in a similar vicinity. Unfortunately, our problem isn’t solved there as we are seated next to an extra large, extra loud group consisting of mostly children ages 7-11. There is absolutely no decorum that is being requested of them by either their parents or the establishment. The icing on the cake? At the end of the night, the hostess hands my dad the bill and rips it back out of his hands because she had forgotten the cake my dad had requested for my birthday lol. Maybe don’t come here during big holidays. They don’t seem to do well under pressure.
