Taco Bell - Forest Hills

This restaurant is absolutely revolting and completely unappetizing. I am a vegetarian and they served me a dish with meat in it, despite my specific order. The tacos were soggy and wrapped in wet paper, making them appear unappetizing. We will not be returning.

The staff at this restaurant used to be excellent, providing professional and courteous service. However, it seems like there is new management in place now and the overall experience has greatly declined. It is important to note that the posted hours are not accurate, as they tend to close much earlier than advertised in order to leave work sooner. I would not recommend this place, as you are likely to be disappointed.

I visited this restaurant three nights in a row after work from 11pm to 12:30am. On the first night, they did not have any fried foods or fresh ingredients. On the second night, they did not accept credit or debit card payments, only exact change or they would give distorted change. On the third night (and now going forward), they only accepted payment through a below-standard system, either through card or cash. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend dining here.

I understand that many restaurants are under staff. I waited for 10 minutes when everyone came by me, and no one said a word! No “We are sad that we are right with them” nothing. I will not be here again.

I’ve had really good experiences and really bad experiences here. Depends totally on whether you get the serious employees or the goof-offs that give you the wrong order.
