While some reviews mentioned slow service and bland food, others raved about the generous portions of meat and fresh vegetables in the hot pot dishes. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and delicious dishes like gyoza, tempura prawns, and karaage chicken were also highlighted. Overall, Bishamon seems to cater to both families and young hip crowds, with its all-you-can-eat hot pot option being a great value for money. If you're a fan of Japanese cuisine, Bishamon is definitely worth a visit.
The staff was rude and eating was terrible. I have ordered, dumped and taken away a chicken stable. the dumplings were partly boiled and could not eat them, the chicken pieces were strongly fried and obviously boiled in very old oil. the mistsuppe was cold and had...not, but liquid, none of the extra soultang and tofu etc. would never come back
Horrifisch rude service. this place really went downhill. as a native it is very disappointing. no courtesy and eating is nothing special.

It's always a great meal here. The sukiyaki and shabu-shabu are delicious. Unpretentious and welcoming.
